Upgrade your tier
Open this page from your configurator.
To make sure the upgrade applies to your specific Plurakey, the upgrade flow only opens after the configurator confirms which device is plugged in.
- Plug your Plurakey into your computer
- Open the configurator
- Click the gear icon (top-right) → Device Info
- Click Upgrade your tier — a new tab opens with your options
